Cameras
Ricoh GR IV
The pocket camera. 28mm fixed lens, APS-C sensor. This goes everywhere. Most of my street work and all my hip-shooting comes from this. I have a custom mode set up for negative space compositions - stopped down, underexposed, snap focus at 2.5m.
Sony a6700
The deliberate camera. APS-C mirrorless, worn around the neck when I'm out on a proper session. More control, better in low light, and takes interchangeable lenses.
Lenses (Sony E-mount)
Viltrox AF 25mm f/1.7
My primary street lens on the Sony. ~37.5mm equivalent - close to a classic 35mm field of view. Fast enough for Dublin's grey light, sharp stopped down.
Sony 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6
The travel/versatility lens. Lives in the bag as backup. Useful when I can't move my feet - shooting from the DART, confined spaces. Not my first choice for street work.
